The closing track from the first of my GrindYaMind album series. This is supposed to be the calm after the storm track to mellow out with after you got your ears blasted by 12 minutes of intense Thrash-Grind.
i made this song back in october of 2010. it was meant for one person to convey to her how i felt....she didnt get it right away, which kinda sux b/c we will never be the same...anyaways...catchy tune hope you enjoy it, even if its not even remotely metal
A labor of hate, this reflects a certain point in time. It's me playing everything and is intended to be nasty, rude, raw, intense, violent, and evil with a dash of some dark silliness >=p. Even these files themselves were almost lost due to my OWN stupidity and another scum's inhumanity, but they held strong and are now here to destroy. The first of many, I give to you "Grind Ya Mind" intended to GRIND YOUR MIND!!!!!! >=)
PS for maximum carnage listen from start to finish.....it's only 15 minutes!
this is my final project from school. It was recorded all analog minus the A/D conversion and the mastering on a SSL and Neve and was mixed from tape on an SSLG+4000. I play guitar and sing on it, Anthony Raftery plays drums and does a guest acousitc solo and Alan Taverez plays bass and does a guest acoustic solo.
This is me doing everything on this fucking awesome zz top song. i didnt play the drums to a click or anything, i just know the song well enough that i could bust it out. special thanks to chao zang for helpin me set levels for the drums! also this was recorded old school to tape on a neve 88r!!! EXTRA BAD ASS!!!
From semi-shameful indulgences to everyday inspirations, these are my thoughts on love and smoking - I hope they will affect you in some way too.
